Our Founder: Beata Malickova, BSc, has over 30 years of experience in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry. During this time, she has developed hundreds of skincare, cosmetic and sunscreen formulations for companies both big and small. Beata holds a Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering and has extensive experience in cosmetic formulation, research & development and quality assurance.
